Don't worry. Your therapist is a professional, he knows what to do, he wouldn't ask you to do something bad.

Felt okay recently up until today now back to being really low and not seeing the point i dont know why or what to do

Do what you usually like to do, it usually helps to feel a bit better. You wrote you like running, listening to music and drawing. Do you have some time to do some of these every day, even for a while?

It usually comes afterwards. You can for example try to run 15 mins every day, after some time, you could feel better.

Nothings helping anymore been feeling so depressed and theres nothing i can do anymore i cant eat i cant sleep i try distract myself doesnt work cant even go for run anymore so tired whats the point😭

What hobbies do you have? And if none of them work find something completely new to try and do, and if you can't think of anything I have some good ideas of something you can do on your own or that we can both do together.

Kill two birds with one stone and listen to music whilst drawing or running. But it's good to see you have hobbies that help calm down/destress

It is really hard to get yourself to do anything when you feel that way, but you know that if you DO force yourself to draw or go for a run, you'll feel better (somewhat anyway). Running especially, cuz it's harder to stop once you get going!

Been kicked out by parents now living with boyfriend and his family.. loving it but boyfriend wants things im notready for scared its going to mess things up if i say no

Yes, talk to him. Let him know what you want and are ready for you and be clear! No ambiguity. That way, if he pressures you, you know he's only thinking of himself and not you. I hope things work out for you!

Been feeling really depressed past few days hardly eaten or slept havent left my bed at all today hate feeling like this have no motive to do anything 😞 so tired but feel so empty

You have to eat something, however small! Try to get some fresh air, if only for a minute or 2 a day. However hard it is to do so, try. πŸ’œ

Passed my BTEC level 1 diploma in health and socail care now have a job.. but my ex is a dick rings me last night breaks my heart all over again

You're young, there's a lot of possibilities that it'll change. And you're not alone - your friend who called the ambulance loves you. You can tell her about your problems, maybe she could help you. At least support you.

I know how you feel. Sometimes it helped me to think about some happy events I remember, even from my childhood. Anti-stress colouring pictures helped me a lot also.

Depression makes everything difficult. Sometimes very difficult to endure these low points. Try to talk to someone, even if it's just friendly talk to keep your mind occupied.
