Had a fight with the boss during the meeting; found myself in a minority but i can't tell if i'm really wrong in this case. somewhat worrying about repercussions / every fight leaves a scar

2 weeks without a panda entry means i think i'm managing

Read moodpanda feed to remind myself that I'm not the only one stressed out, got a breather - the chest had been tight ever since yesterday's update and I hadn't realized. Feeling better

It can be comforting to know we are not the only ones feeling overwhelmed, sad, angry, confused, lonely, stressed, hurt, etc. We all suffer from time to time. Inspires empathy, compassion, and kindness.

I come here mostly when I'm down, so 9 happy days interim. Today's meeting was frustrating and the boss just dumped his dissatisfaction on everyone; spoke up but don't like speaking up. Squeaky wheel

Little tense. Ended up dominating a meeting at work, and i hate when that happens.

A good day. Found a way to regain control at work that would allow me to succeed. Even if temporary, I'm hopeful

Random bouts of anxiety (shortness of breath) when I think about potential points of confrontation

Hope it passes soon. Anxiety is the worse!
