Woke up very early today because of school and I have a little weird feeling but I'm actually doing fine. Don't know why my stomach is showing me this feeling.

Last night I had a very weird dream. About a person I care a lot but who left me some time ago. I don't feel bad but it's just a weird feeling.

I didn't do any meditation today but I read a book about people, what they think and how to behave with those people. It doesn't mean you have to change yourelf but it helps to understand them better.

It's called „Ich weiss, wie du tickst“ from Martin Betschart. Maybe there is a english translation?
