Therapy can be very beneficial. If it might help, you could write out what you want to say. Sometimes, if I feel strongly about something and don't trust myself to say the words right, I do that. Eg I did it when my ex and I were splitting up.
It gives me confidence and a sense of peace that my message gets across the right way without interruption. Sometimes I can go off the main point when speaking or lose track if others interrupt me. This tactic avoids that. Maybe it will be helpful
