Get confidence boost from being neat. Just take a good care of your body: hair, nails, face and it doesn't mean any huge amount of cosmetics. Have some fresh clothes and have a straight posture, do some exercise, smile. Work of being pretty -done :D

Be honest with your mum, if you find it difficult to talk to her face to face try writing it in a letter it gives you a chance to go over your thoughts

Having panic attacks on day to day basis. I want to talk about it with my bf but he has bigger problems than how im feeling. I've just gotta push through it i guess.
Or just let it out here and feel a bit lighter. :)

Writing helps me too. Opening up is really hard. I am very selective who I tell but it's always a relief when I do.
Jokes about your panic attack sounds good from the moment when you yourself are able to joke about it. Laughs like that at school are so inappropiate but you really can't do a lot with the people that don't understand it. Take care.
