Productive day! Finished a draft of my take home exam, went for a run and submitted a job application. Not bad for a Sunday 😊

Listened to a 'from crappy to happy' podcast on my way to work and instantly felt my mood lift. Just had my 30 minute lunch break and went for a walk around the park. Feelin' good 😊

Exhausted, sore back and no energy. Booked in with chiropractor. Brother made me a big lunch full of greens/tofu which should give me some energy.
