Try and make time for some rest. Even if just a little. It sounds like that what your body is asking for.

I lost 31kg/5 stone/70lbs with high fibre, low refined sugar, big breakfasts, and couch to 5k. It made me so smug I'm still rattling on about it. (It also made me much healthier and more fit)
