*sigh* OK. I've been going to see a therapist. I don't know if its helping. I mostly stopped cutting over the holidays, but started again as term resumed. I did try to kill myself. Still here though.

I don't know man... I've had a really rough week... I ate some chocolate today as my brother forced me to... I think I'm going to vomit again... I'm so fat and ugly and I don't know why... Diet tips?

12 hour fast is a good starting point. Don't eat between 9pm - 9am or equivalent. Gives your metabolism chance to start burning some fat cells.

If it's any consolation I have eaten way too much chocolate today. So has nearly everyone else reading I expect!
