I'm in a laziness rut. Not sad or depressed but spending too much time watching TV, and on my phone. I really enjoy this sometimes but I know it'll feel bad after awhile.

Doing ok. Just feel a little tired and like I'm spending WAY too much time on YouTube and other social media tools. I want to make sure I live in the present moment. Deleted all the social apps. πŸ™Œ

Don't completely delete social all just try not to gone on them as much give yourself a time limit

I realize my mood really takes a hit when I'm sleep deprived. Everything feels harder. Thankfully I haven't had insomnia.. I've just been making poor choices and have been staying up too late. I

Had a stressful car accident that was my fault. All are fine but still very scary. Made me realize I've been moving too quickly

Felt a lot better by the evening and had regained my energy. I was even able to be productive, talk to a friend, get a roommate, and clean my old apartment. Things are coming together

Tell yourself to go to your room, and no Internet or television for two days! (sorry, I can't resist the easy jokes... Meditation is actually helpful for grounding yourself. It helps me when I feel this way.)

Took me over a year to unpack (just me in a small one bed ground floor flat)... That year did elapse... Eventually... It's possible! Keep going!

Moving day is in a few hours! I can't sleep a wink. All the anxieties I felt a few weeks ago are coming back πŸ˜”. I hope I'm making the right choice and will finally feel settled in a place for awhile.

Only hindsight knows... But hindsight is often pointless... Get the process done and try to enjoy the little things along the way.
