Feeling a lot better today. Mainly due to my husband. He is such a caring and kind man. I am very lucky. I don't know what I would do without him.

Heavy things happening. Triggering. Need to take care, journal and reach for help if needed. Overwhelmed but using coping mechanisms I've learned. I can get through this. I can get through this.

I've been feeling great. My moods are much more level lately. Not dropping off the abyss. I've been taking terpenes which I believe are elevating my mood and dealing with my anxiety.

Was in a very stressful situation today but I am proud of how I handled it. So good to be in a good place so that when something bad happens it doesn't mean the end of the world. I can move through it

Feeling so much better than I have been in a long time. Please, please can I keep feeling like this for a while. I'm so sick of being depressed and anxious. I do so well and then *bam* it hits.

How do people deal with the crippling tiredness of depression and the body aches?

Sorry you're having hard time,I used to aim to get at least 1 thing done a day on top of the normal showers and washing up etc . Try and do something in the daytime so you can be proud of yourself and you can put your feet up and rest !

I had my doctor order a sleep study and found that I had sleep apnea. I used pranayama techniques instead of the CPAP machine to improve oxygen delivery. I sleep well. As for aches, I found exercise and yoga most helpful. I also watch my diet.

I avoid processed foods and consume whole, plant based foods. That reduced inflammation and pain significantly.

Being tired all the time was draining and was compromising my health and psychological well-being. I feel fortunate to have stumbled across simple, holistic approaches.

Tired unmotivated. I'm glad I know this will pass but honestly, if I felt this every day life would not be worth it. Hopefully this fog lifts soon.

Moods are transient, ephemeral. They arise only to pass away, like clouds. And like clouds, we can just watch them with detachment, letting go, accepting. You may find they pass quicker if you dont interfere or resist their movement

I've just slept for 3 days and been beyond tired and can't think

Feeling elevated. But worried others notice so trying to keep a low down but that's not easy. Creative spark. Sociable. Sexually charged +++
