Sorry you're having hard time,I used to aim to get at least 1 thing done a day on top of the normal showers and washing up etc . Try and do something in the daytime so you can be proud of yourself and you can put your feet up and rest !
I had my doctor order a sleep study and found that I had sleep apnea. I used pranayama techniques instead of the CPAP machine to improve oxygen delivery. I sleep well. As for aches, I found exercise and yoga most helpful. I also watch my diet.
I avoid processed foods and consume whole, plant based foods. That reduced inflammation and pain significantly.
Being tired all the time was draining and was compromising my health and psychological well-being. I feel fortunate to have stumbled across simple, holistic approaches.
I like to think that 'this too will pass' when I'm struggling with life , and it does , good luck Clare W 🌻🌤️
Thanks Emma. Your words mean more than you know x
Moods are transient, ephemeral. They arise only to pass away, like clouds. And like clouds, we can just watch them with detachment, letting go, accepting. You may find they pass quicker if you dont interfere or resist their movement
I hope your days are getting little easier Clare,I found mood panda helpful for tracking my moods over time and seeing what makes me happy or stressed or nervous etc. Stay strong Clare Panda 🐼❤️
Love 1 - that is a great comment. Do you have any book recommendations or podcast recommendations?
Thanks Emma. The heaviness has lifted thankfully. You are so right - this app certainly helps to analyse the ups and the downs. Xxx I appreciate your supportive comments xxx
Clare, the insights come from years of meditation- which I'd recommend
not for everyone though. I blog abt this: mrfelix.org
I've posted recommended apps and techniques, but havent listed books. So, I appreciate the question
I'll put together a list next post.
Hi, Clare. Hope you get this. I posted some recommendations as promised under the heading Book Recommendations. mrfelix.org
