Feeling better, more hope. Made myself exercise for 10 minutes this morning (grateful for YouTube) even though I didn't want to. Activity helped me reset my outlook on certain things throughout today.

Went to daughter's Christmas concert last night, but I didn't do so well. I don't do well in crowds. Kept feeling a sense of abandonment, very lonely + anxious. Scenario triggered an emotional flash-

Head very scattered and thoughts very worrisome today. I felt my anxiety increase. Tried to meditate which seemed to help. Will most likely have to do small meditation later in day.
