Superfull days, no time to reflect. Living from activity to activity and ignoring myself is not a good mechanism

GTL today. Gym, therapy, labor. Still upset about mum, talked about it with my sister and M. Feeling a little better than earlier today. Ready for bed

Last day of christmasholiday and Im fine with it. M made me breakfast in bed. Excited to see B the dog today

Couldnt sleep and felt ***ty. Went outside for a morning walk with M which was nice but back home we started fighting. Now were ok and Im feeling better (Thanks to weed, meh) #minderblowen

I'm wishing that you could stop self medicating (weed). I'm no doctor, but I know it only marks your feelings, giving you a false positive. But, do whatever works best for you.
