Are bad it connects with my mental health, I know that well.try to find a job in little education children's centers, but can't .as I was at big schools it all finished with doctors, my dream is a real school, but I have no health for that
Maybe I should change my dream,I am a tutor now,but hope that,can find little group in a little center.ok wish me luck. I am tired to find myself ,but love to my profession gives me power. I love my pupils and they love me.tutor is not bad

Biorythms are important and they affect us very much. I hope you get soem relief from insomnia and that helps you get back into rythm,also spending some time in the sun is meant to be important for us to feel better and cud help biorythms !?

Try not to get stressed, have some time each day to just be or look at nature or the sky - that's what I do . My mum's coming to stay next week after I not seen her for 18 months so I'm trying to get ready for that!
