whoops . . . Try NOT to repress it or feel frustrated that you can't control it. The anxiety is there for some internal reason or perhaps just depending on your blood sugar levels or how much caffeine you had. Be kind to yourself, acknowledge that

the anxiety is there and try to think of an activity or task that can distract you from your anxiety. Bonus points if it's something productive! :)

Everyone I take my mind off things or a smile creeps on my face, my brain is like 'nope, you shouldn't be happy'
