yoga, esp as traditionally taught, brings many benefits to both body and mind. Grateful to those who developed and transmitted the science. Grateful that we can enjoy the benefits.
exercise, release, the breath, positivity... I would add one more strength or ability to this list: awareness. The self is aware of a simmering irritability. To name it is to tame it.
The self is aware of a simmering something. Observe that the witnessing self can experience the simmering, the arising as an object, as something outside the self. Go deeper into the self, or rather beyond it altogether to that which gives it light
