Some irritating side effects- rash, eye itching and headaches but otherwise feeling pretty good. Need to find the fox that's digging up my flowers! Gratitude for this beautiful day including the rain!

My medication appears to have allowed me to skip a depressive episode. Feeling alert, powerful and within control. This is a feeling I've not had for a LONG time. Grateful for self love totis viribus!

Light sensitivity and tinnitus but otherwise well and grounded! Need to prioritise time for my partner - self care has bordered on self indulgent. Grateful for articulation and reasoning... be well :)

Seeing noticeable changes with my new meds and lots of yoga. Peace and calm is what I need after months of touching both sides of my moods. A break in an endless swim to the other side! Grateful.

Apathy and irritability are simmering under the surface. I can feel it's pressure permeating my thoughts and actions. Grateful for the ability to exercise to release a valve. Breathing positivity in!

yes. I've done a few 10 day vipassana retreats. hoping to do more and longer ones. Insights are deep. Wish everyone had the chance to do one. They're positively transformative
