Feeling so good since last time I posted, I am having the Cbt online after being referred.

Been to the doctor he has put me on antidepressants and taken my bloods. Hopefully there will be improvements soon

Got an appointment with the doctor tomorrow about my anxiety and to get my bloods taken. Feeling a bit better today knowing things are going in the right direction.

That sounds very tough, Emma! It is good that you are thinking about ways to help you feel better. If possible you could link in with your GP or a therapist? Or try calling a free helpline eg. Pieta House/Samartians/Aware in Ireland. Samaritans also

Thank you everyone. Yes I have booked in with my GP I am going tomorrow for blood tests I am on propranolol for my anxiety but doesn't help the fears and worries. Talking and getting my feelings out is making me feel better though on here and with GP

He told me that there is more help he will give me not suffer alone in silence I am grateful that he is putting things in place for me.
