I'm doing the things to get better: restarting therapy, changing my antidepressants, joining a support group... taking it slow...

New antidepressants. All I feel right now is withdrawal effects from my old medicine and nauseous from the new medicine. Should be seeing benefits from new meds in like 3mo. This sucks.

Still feeling sorry for myself. Still in my own pity party. I feel like Im holding myself accountable, but why do I still feel sorry for myself? Am I not actually holding myself accountable? #confused
