I am no expert, but it could be. Please ask your doctor if they can screen you. It could also 'just' be being a mother of a young child, especially during a pandemic.
Also, being tired from all that you do (and possible sleep interruptions from your child) and/or being in a lot of physical contact with your child so that you feel 'touched' out by the end of the day can ruin the mood. Is husband doing his share?
He does what he can when he can be bothered or when I ask him esp if I am expecting a call from the boss (we work from home. I'm employed & hubby is self-employed)
I will talk to my doc and see if they can help. Wondering if I should reach out to my health visitor too. Been on Mind's site and I feel my symptoms are PND rather than postnatal anxiety
I'd definitely follow up with doctor about this to take out guesswork. It's good to have certainty, esp around this.
