Feel useless and really loathe myself right now. Was doing so well before lockdown but it's all now gone to waste. Full of negative thoughts.

Who loathes whom? Who is this I that judges & hates the self? Already you can recognize parts: the critic, the exiled part, the observer who sees neg thoughts as neg thoughts. Where you are could be the entryway to learning & peace.

Doesnt take the pain away. We can let that be as it is, accepting it as it is, embracing it, even, as it is. Our broken, pained parts need compassion. Can you summon this? Is there a part that can sit with the self-hatred & comfort it without judging
