My anxiety has been getting the best of me. Been self isolating and barely ate today again. I feel “too much” for my friends and partner if that makes sense.

My morning was filled with anxious thoughts and super negative energy but I pushed through a workout & meditated, definitely made me in control of my thoughts for a little bit.

I just had a super bad anxiety attack due to my AP class. It takes such a toll on me & I feel so stupid in it.We had an exam & I had technical difficulties(unable to start) I felt so embarrassed

Mood change for no reason. Emotionless. Empty sadness. Anxious. Barely ate the past days, low energy and mood. Always tired.

I agree w/Ann. I would also suggest you request a sleep study if sleep is an issue. The more aware we are of underlying causes, the more proactive we can be.
