When I get like that I try to break things down and do them in five-minute increments. I know I can do five minutes of anything. And so can you!
I judge myself for procrastinating, too. I recently realized that it's OK to take breaks, and that if I allow myself to fully relax when I'm 'procrastinating,' instead of judging myself, I'll have more energy when I do return to the task at hand. <3
