So glad you had a talk with him about it. I know I personally struggle to tell my husband when I am sad and I never know why either.
So he not understood me, and started putting blame on me, like that my fault...
When you write, 'I love my family' you are expressing a positive thought. When you write: 'I dont really know how to deal with myself' you are expressing a truth which can be a seed to growth and open up dimensions of possibility for you.
The follow up question is: are you willing to explore and experiment with strategies to attend to some of the fearful thoughts that arise in the mind?
