Haven't posted in a while as been quite manic. Crashed on Sunday which was triggered by many things. Been feeling very down and overwhelmed with work. Am waiting for GP to call & am hoping to feel better soon. Going to the gym and did self care today. Back to basics when crashing to build up confidence and routine again

Was assaulted by a homeless lady whilst working & with a client. Thought was ok but then had flashbacks which caused me to break down

I once had a rapid cycling episode at a spinning class. I was so tired physically and mentally when class was over I didn't know whether to punch or kiss the instructor. Reader, I got lucky that night

Stopped feeling so down around 2/3 weeks ago. My feeling down lasted for 6-8 weeks then I became manic & ran around too much. Starting to ground myself & work on my masters again. Still sleep lots

Hospital tests went well & I am healthier (due to exercise & quitting smoking). Although it's the anniversary of Tommy's death, for now I'm trying to be positive
