Still feeling better mentally, although physically I seem to have a migraine. Possibly due to the reduction in stress now it's the weekend. Journalled this morning which was good.

Feeling better about work today. Did yoga on lunch break. Shoulders still tight and have a headache, but no chest pain.

Feeling angry about work & about grampy getting Covid. Feel very tense and can't shake it.

Mum called to say the grampy has caught Covid whilst staying in the hospital. She he's not good. Not seen him since January because of social distancing. Feel spaced out and unfocused.

Mornings are the best time of day. I dislike afternoons. Maybe I need to shift that perspective and start loving the afternoon?

Stressful morning but I got through it. Helped to tell my partner that I was feeling bad over the weekend, even though it was by text. Felt more positive by the afternoon.

Woke up feeling more positive this morning. Managed to make my partner a morning coffee too. The dark thoughts are at the corners of my mind but today I want to fight them away.

Had a dissociative 'attack' felt like my brain disconnected from my body. Had to stop working for the day.

Had a anxiety attack at work but managed it ok

Ate a good meal. I'm grateful for food, and my lovely cat who is sitting on my lap after his dinner.
