Just feeling very anxious, ungrounded. Everything is good and bad all at once. Bad things make me sad or anxious, good things feel very bittersweet. However I feel grateful for good friends and I am striving to learn and grow from these experiences. God is still good even when I am feeling sad things.

Stress of a lot of activities that cause anxiety....wedding, travel, l.d. kids going to college and one dropping out. Neither can drive. Dog sick and dying. Husband heartbroken. Me hanging by thumbnails and trying to get laundry put away lol.

Take one breathe at a time.. As my therapist says, “You can only be in the here and now'.. Praying things get better.
