There is you to support yourself. Always. Don't lost yourself. I'm understanding you. And I am sending virtual hugs. Wish you to have everyday reasons for smiling
(Well, if you are also going through the same situation that I went through then you should not make the mistake of hiding all about yourself to your parents and you should take their help :))
Yes, in my case my mother and father doesn't know what phase I went through and for them there is no such thing as depression even exist. Well where was I, yes, I'm still in the recovery phase.
But for a couple of weeks now I feel like there's no purpose for me to be on this earth and I don't know what to do next in my life What is the plan? Even after passing high school friends I still don't know what to do??

100%! Best of luck to you :)
Thanks Amanda very much. :))
Don't forget it yourself
You are exactly right about self doubt but we are SO prone to falling into that area.
Yaa Bridget 😔
Good tips, thanks
I'm going to remodel my sons room in a traditional Japanese style. I like the simplicity and natural elements (wood, straw tatami mats) of this style. I'm keeping clutter to a minimum and building 2 large closets with sliding fusuma doors.
I guess a lot depends on your goal. If you're a student, you might consider creating a study space. If you're athletic, maybe consider a place for light weights, bands, or a mat. If you're you're artist, maybe have a place to create music or art
I agree with the above, just depends on your style.. I love to read and would love to have a 'she shed/cave' that is dark with lamps and recliners or something that allows one to stretch out under a blanket (room would need to be cool) and perfect fo
Thanks Love! for sharing your helpful and valuable advice with me :)🥳👍🏻
Indeed, life offers us countless moments to reflect, reconnect, explore, discover, or change. Each breath is new. Each new breath is as fresh as a day.. It's one we've never taken before and will never take again.
With each new breath comes a new moment and with each new moment, new opportunities to grow, to learn, to experiment, to correct.
This is a really hard thing for me. People like you and me probably need to work on our confidence and also start with saying small, easy things and gradually work our way up to telling people the hard, scary things.
Thanks Kate :) I'll try your advice ( ‐＾▽＾‐）
I'll try to follow your advice * （‐＾▽＾‐）
I agree with the advice to start small.
I agree with Bridget and Kate. It's difficult to say people 'No' for me. I thought that 'No' is a cruel, cold, dark word and was very accommodative for any people. So I am trying not to be this one. Or be accommodative, but first of all for myself.
I am learning to say 'No' with any words, which are softly for my perception. Also I can come up with reasoning line in thoughts or talk people about my loads, or say that I am busy and can't help with anything. Hope you'll understand my speech and
and it'll be useful for you.
If you scare to tell s/th maybe you should ask yourself what are you really afraid to. And try to neutralize it with another reasons or beliefs. For example, with such questions: what'll happen if I'll tell; what won't happening if I'll tell;
what'll if I won't tell.
And remember that it's better to regret something you have done than to regret something you haven't.
Lilit V don't think about what others will think , think about yourself because others are not thinking about you.
Thank you, Pratham, sometimes I can forget it.
Pick a spot at random on google earth, research it, perhaps even plan a visit. I ended up in Russia once and a village near me the next time. Just my 2c. Good luck
Thanks for you advice Cee D :)!
