I'm so stressed at the moment. I've been procrastinating all day and I probably won't get anything done by the end of it. I have a 1 on 1 tutoring class with my teacher and I really don't wanna go. I don't know why but stomach is churning just thinking about it. I just wish I could make it all stop.

Being in the situation before is hard, wish I knew what to say.. Take a breathe and realize that your in the 'here and now'.. sounds like anxiety..:(

maybe you should try some breathing excercises to calm yourself. Procrastinating isn't always a bad thing, do it in your pace. if u think you've done nothing remember that resting is also a part of something. think of it as resting and charging you
