Weirdly veryyyyyyyy drowsy. i usually feel hyper but my body is tired, now i feel the exact opposite :/

just spent time with my family. just reflecting on this week, how it started with good anxiety (stressing over things that are worth it), then on tuesday i started crashing, so anxious, felt like a car on fire, then on thursday night i felt better. hope to keep this streak of me being okay up. seeing my psychologist on friday so can't wait for that (after a month of not going x( ).

good practice to reflect on day. Helps us learn & grow from experiences- good and bad. pos & neg, hoped for & unwanted.

Hung out with family. was able to ignore anxiety :).

feeling good i just feel anxious and paranoia coming. i swear i've said this last night, and i was able to take charge. hoping to be stronger today :)
