Started watching “entertaining “ dark YouTube videos again, and my mood dropped…again. It's ok, even though I feel sad, I learned a big lesson: I was right to stop watching them two months ago…my mood was much better. Lesson learned!

new box spring, much improved sleep. the investment was worth it. talked to my therapist, and she is really helping me. visited mom, and feel much better. the new guy is trying, fingers crossed. thank God.

I think I'm good. Blood pressure was high, but I'm fixing it. Some sad moments but hope is there.

Back to my old happy self. Hair is back curly, favorite place to get work done is reopen, and my work and future projections are amazing. None of this depends on a man. Happy all on my own accord, with god, family and friends.

Practicing patience, even when I don't realize it. Thank you Headspace. It's positively impacting my relationships. Didn't sleep well, but did exercise.

when I planned to make sure I would be ok, it turned out pretty good. figured out hair, and day flowed easier than I anticipated. he and I seem to be getting closer. back to water and salad. all good.

Felt stress and immediately went for an exercise walk. Beautiful and inspiring walk. Reminded me of the good things about myself. I see now why people pick a thing and just go to it. Sometimes there is no other solution to the problem other than to set it aside and go for some exercise.

feel unexpectedly good today. Note, took my prescription and had a thorough rest, and he called shortly afterwards. so, good rest and reassurance, made a good meal, watched ballet and cleaned up, all account for the good vibes.

What should have been discouraging news did not shake me one bit. I am getting more stable. I'll keep at it with the therapy. I hope my guy and I are able to move past the bumps.

Sorting through the challenges…good learning for us both. Good practice for me. Uncertainty is a natural part of life and it's ok. Our hike was gorgeous.

Now Feeling grateful for all of the resources that I have to get through the anxiety attack moment that directly helped. Perspective of being grateful is powerful and healing. Looking forward to him again.

Was feeling anxious about new relationship, worried about my physical flaws, feeling hopeless. Kept staring in the mirror frowning. We had a great time together…I think we are falling for one another. But new relationship anxiety attack took over.

Easy morning took my Time and Meditated. Got work done and spent time in the sun. Noticed earlier I start my day more time I have to meet work and personal goals. Hoped he would call and he did, early. We are both excited, this is nice.

Meeting went great, better than expected with great response from colleagues. I got out & enjoyed my day first, then prepared for it at the end of the evening yest & it turned out fine. Letting go of the anxiety/thought that I need to lock myself inside until all work is done will be good for me. I also got a chance to dance to the music form some of my favorite choreography from the company.
