The football is actually going to give me a panic attack it's really worrying me. I've had to put on music to avoid the noises from everyone else but obviously I want to be involved my boyfriend and all his friends are into it but I actually feel shaky and light headed. Don't like the anxiety it's giving me at all.

I got myself to the gym today it was great really did a lot for my mental health. Felt really bubbly. It's a nice change. Seeing friends tonight as well. Hopefully my mood stays the same

I'm so hungry I just don't want to eat , I saw someone I know on Instagram and all I want to do is look like her. I know I can delete the app but it's a temporary fix because I'm still going to feel this way. I just can't bring myself to eat. I have done well because I've eaten 3 meals but I'm still hungry

I know you've probably heard this a million times from other people, but as someone who used to be (and still a little bit) insecure, it's all about how you talk to yourself.

Once I started being more confident in my looks I actually felt that I looked decently attractive, and put more effort into being healthier(easier said than done I know). Even though it is a long process to get there, it is definitely worth the it.
