So today's been alright so far. Actually feeling the love & nothing other than positive thoughts. The affect my mood has on my children's has opened my eyes a lot today. Shows that nothing will work until you help yourself

Today was stage first time I did my make up in a long time. The first time I'd bothered with my physical apparent at all. The reason for this was my sister birthday party Walking down the stairs and seeing my girlfriends face filled me with happiness and love Wish I had the motivation to do this daily!!

Can not sleep at all. Minds on overdrive yet I can't stop at a single thought. Got an important meeting Tuesday which I don't feel anxious about. The preparation for the meeting seems to be overwhelming. I can feel an episode but will it be high or low that is the question I'm having to ask myself

I have horrible insomnia. I found that Niacin and Magnesium help a lot with calming my mind. Maybe it could help you too.
