I feel great. I took care of myself today. Like I got home from lab, rested a few minutes then got up and did #yoga, then 15min of #meditatiom, smoked a little #weed, and then ate dinner on my balcony just watching the world go by.

I'm working very hard to accept myself as I am today. It feels good. I do keep having these instinctual guilt responses though. I have been trying to avoid engaging with them, but I think that might be the wrong tactic right now. I think I need to recognize the feeling and accept that I'm feeling it instead of redirecting myself (avoiding). Avoidance is only good as a temporary coping mechanism.

I don't even know what I'm feeling and when I ask myself I either get a blank stare back, or I overload myself trying to analyze everything. Why am I usually in a worse mood after therapy?

I have a friend crashing with me right now and I really wish she wasn't. My partner just moved out and I need to reorganize my apartment and stuff, but I can't really do that with my friend here.

Feeling pretty neutral right now. On the edge between going up or down, depends on how the rest of my morning goes. I need to finish my coffee.

#weed I'm trying to settle down for the night. I could probably fall asleep right now, but I think I'm going to watch a show and smoke a joint instead. I didn't realize that I could sleep right now actually. I didn't think that was really an option, but I guess it is.
