Woke up this morning feeling thoroughly fed up. I can't describe the feeling, but just feel down, empty and on edge. I can't seem to focus on anything and am lacking motivation for things which then gets me down as I'm annoyed I feel that way. Not a great start to the day.

You just described the last month for me. Hope you can find some happiness today.

Not feeling great day. I seem to have a good day then a few less good days. Nothing is consistent. I try to look OK when inside I'm not. For me, the more negative thoughts come on a night and been struggling with sleep which hasn't helped. I know these things take time, but wondering when it might change.

Not been feeling great the last 5 weeks following the end of a long term relationship and life generally. I'm trying to be positive and have sought counselling which I hope will help but I feel quite isolated, lonely and low at the moment. Does anyone have tips on how to improve mood?

Going through a break up is hard - try to focus on things you enjoy. I always find going out in nature (particularly in forests) helps me feel a bit better. It's going to take time to heal, be patient with yourself.
