  1(7) 7-7.5. I was a 9 in the morning and after the positivity cooldown, I got to around a 6 so splitting the difference. Food was good and I thought about grad school scholarships and my goals for this2(6) 5.5-6. Food was kinda unhealthy and I didn't really do much besides play video games and listen to music. I had my first legal drink - a few long sips of very pale lager. Tasted like nothing and had a3(6) A pretty lazy day to be honest. Besides going to the gym and playing online games, I didn't do much. At least tomorrow could be different, or better.4(6) I got a haircut and visited home. I didn't do as much as I hoped but I did get some food to bring back, although one dish might not last long. Drinking probably isn't something I'd do regularly.5(7) 6.5-7. Food was good and I went to play board games with a Meetup group for a few hours. It was pretty fun. I didn't get any writing or reading done and going to bed late again but maybe being back on campus will help

I watched some TV and thought about some things - work, the gym, the Meetup group, what I hope to get done this month.14(6) I returned back to campus. Work went alright, my boss even got me some free food. I can't tell if today has been a slightly off day because of traveling back to school but I felt like my energy was15(6) 6-6.5. Even though I woke up late, work went well and even had a few funny/insightful/cool moments. I played some online chess, although I'm not good at it. I hope I can do some reading tonight.16(6) I did laundry and a little writing. I'm wondering on how to work on things for the rest of the month. At least my paycheck comes in tomorrow so I won't feel so squeezed financially.17(6) I started making/building up a savings nest again. I'm not sure if my appetite was diminished tonight or if the large portions of the chicken was too much but dinner wasn't as filling as I thought it18(6) My meals were alright and filling and I played some games online. I hope that my work schedule will be fine this semester.22(6) My meals were alright and I figured out my financial situation even though I might've made it a little more complicated in the short term. I played some online games and thought about meals for the next few days.24(6) Work went OK and I did a little grocery shopping, buying a couple frozen dinners and bread. Work was very busy and my class was good. I did some reading for another course and bought/rented some textbooks, along with a new headset. I also have writing for workshop and creative writing29(6) My meals were good and class went alright, very interesting too. Work was very busy again but also OK and I bought another textbook from the bookstore. I won a yo-yo at a raffle during our floor30(6) 6-6.5. I got encouraged to actually make healthy eating a routine. I bought a few more books and my new headset arrived. Classes were good, even though there was a textbook issue.31(6) Despite a late bedtime and wake-up, I still did my morning routine. My meals were good and I played some board games with people that I'm cool with.

     1(6) 5.5-6. Brunch went very good and I visited home for a few hours. I didn't get as much done as I hoped but I did bring back my old notebooks, folders and books from last semester.2(6) 6-6.5. I did some laundry and tried to focus on schoolwork. I did some reading for one of my classes and worked on an assignment for my workshop. I also looked at shoes and clothes online.
3(6) Classes were alright and I thought about doing some writing. I played some online games with friends but stayed up late in the process. I also did my weekly budget.4(6) A bit of an up.and down day. Classes were alright, I did a little workshop writing, and I finally bought some fruit. All apples but a start. I also spoke with my mom which was less fun. Mindfulness is5(6) I did some schoolwork and looked up a couple of writing contests. Work was busy but OK and I might've overindulged. Whether because of yesterday, or just wanting to not feel like I'm in a cycle, I6(6) A bit of a up and down day, to be honest. I got some writing for workshop done and a little schoolwork. I could've done more but there's tomorrow. My meals could've been healthier but OK overall.7(7) 6.5-7. Despite a late start to the day, I did do a little schoolwork and reading. I played board games and had a pretty fun time.8(6) Despite a late start, I've been more productive today and meals were better. I did some writing for workshop and I think that next week could go great if I could fix a few things and be more confident9(6) 6-6.5. I finished my story for workshop and a response paper. Meals were OK, although they could've been healthier. I did get a little inspired to write, which was surprising because of my low energy.
10(6) Classes were alright and I thought about doing some writing in my free time. I did some readings for my classes and considered calling my aunts but that'll have to wait for tomorrow. I hope tomorrow will go just as well or better.13(6) Classes were OK, even though I kept dozing off in my second one. Maybe I should find a way to get through that late afternoon. Work went27(5) 5-5.5. Woke up late and missed a counseling session but classes went OK despite me nodding off. On the plus side, my hangout with my friend went good and so did Sci-fi Club.28(6) 6-6.5. My meals were alright and filling and I did some schoolwork and a little reading. I thought about my papers/assignments and had a good time at the board game club. I also bought mouthwash and29(6) 5.5-6. Breakfast was good, my other meals not so much. I did a little schoolwork and reading along with the interviewing. It was an average day overall, even with distractions.

      1(5) 5-5.5. I woke up late with a pretty bad sore throat that hopefully will not include a cold. I did some schoolwork and a little reading for classes. I didn't have too much of an appetite but my meals
2(6) 5.5-6. I definitely have a cold but I bought cold medicine. Classes went alright despite that. My meals were OK and I did some reading and a little schoolwork. I definitely need to start working on3(6) Work went alright and classes were OK despite me briefly nodding off in the first one. Group went OK too and I did some reading and started the shortest paper. I bought tissues and cough drops.4(6) Class went OK and so did work. I did some schoolwork/paper-writing and a little reading. Meals were good and healthy and I bought plastic utensils and air freshener. I hope that I can get a lot of5(6) Classes were alright and meals were OK. I bought cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer and also did a load of laundry. I thought about the papers and what I'm going to do for them.6(6) 6-6.5. My meals were good although I might've slightly overdone it with 'dinner'. I did some schoolwork and a little reading for one of my classes. I also watched some episodes of Top Boy on Netflix.7(6) My meals were OK but I did not get nearly as much work done on the papers as I was hoping to. I did do a little reading for my classes. The weather was nice, even though I only went outside for dinner. I hope I can do a lot more this week.
9(6) I feel like I'm OK for now but weirdly enough, I also feel a little nervous/on edge at the same time. Not even because of health concerns but just a general feeling. I did some reading and a little10(6) 6-6.5. Classes were alright and so was work, despite it being busy. I did some reading and paper writing. Group was OK and I had to try to keep up with remote class/schoolwork plans. Meals were OK too11(6) 5.5-6. Meals were OK, remote class was OK although didn't go exactly as planned. I don't have to go to work and still get paid hours. I did some paper writing but had to deal with some issues with the12(6) Meals weren't healthy but my writing consultation went good. Class went OK and I almost finished one paper.13(5) 5-5.5. My meals were OK but I had a late rest, a late start, a undiscovered laundry mishap (until morning, which I got fixed) and overall low energy again. Oh, and the gyms got closed. But I finished14(6) 5.5-6. My meals were OK and I finished the other paper. I also did my weekly budget and thought about how I'm going to spend spring break. So far, the list includes studying, writing and playing games15(6) 5.5-6. The day went OK and I bought a few things including a birthday card and scratch-offs with my dad. I got eggs, waffles and bacon to bring back with me. I did think about writing and networking.
16(5) 5-5.5. My meals were so-so and I didn't get much studying done. It didn't help that I found out that my school is closing the dorms so we're all having to leave this week if we haven't already. To be17(6) Meals were unhealthy but OK. Exercise will have to be figured out, with the gyms closed. I got a headache and chills but those went away. I started packing and clearing out my things.18(6) 5.5-6. I packed up almost everything and tried to multitask - it didn't work as well as I hoped. I did a little laundry and had a virtual meeting with public safety about a laundry mishap that got19(6) Breakfast and counseling session went good. Going home was OK and so was lunch but I have the feeling readjusting won't be easy. I didn't really unpack so that's what I'll do tomorrow.20(6) 5.5-6. I helped do some unpacking and cleaning/clearing out. I even got a little studying done. I hope this re-adjusting period won't be too rough. Meals were good.21(5) 5-5.5. Food was OK, but I didn't get much done. I was hoping to do a lot more with schoolwork and writing. This might not be great circumstances but I need to avoid being restless/bored.22(6) Meals were great, even if I didn't get a lot done.   1(5) 4.5-5. My meals were OK and class went OK. I feel like I'm losing track of deadlines again and not doing readings as quickly as I could be, which is not good. Grocery shopping and a verbal lecture did2(6) 5.5-6. Classes went alright and I tried a productivity method that didn't quite work out. My meals were good and I did some planning and a little writing. This weekend might lead to a turnaround.3(6) Meals were good and although I didn't get a lot of schoolwork done, I was very enthusiastic about writing. I was hoping to activate my P.O. box but forgot a form of ID so I'll have to go back either4(6) 5.5-6. I did a little shopping with my mom and a little reading for a class. 23(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast and lunch were good and the sore throat still seems to be around. The surprise party went great, although sipping some rum cream might've been a bad idea. I applied for a job.24(6) 5.5-6. I surprisingly did not have a hangover or any other effects from the rum so that's a plus. Breakfast was good, but lunch could've gone better. Unfortunately, I bit my tongue pretty hard.

I did get a little peppier later in the day but not for very long.10(6) Meals were decent and I relaxed for a while. I also did some housework and ran an errand.11(6) 5.5-6. Meals were OK and my monitor fell and broke. Luckily, my dad had a spare one with a bigger screen and lift mechanism.12(6) Meals were good. I had to go shopping with my mom and it took a few hours. It was very hot outside. Other than that, it was an average day.13(6) 5.5-6. Meals were alright and I did laundry. I went out to get lunch and it took a while longer than I expected it to. At least it was filling.14(6) 5.5-6. Meals were OK but the day was pretty standard. Maybe tomorrow will be more productive or at least interesting.
15(6) Meals were OK but for the most part, the day was average. I texted a friend and watched a jazz livestream.16(6) Meals were OK and I did a little writing. I hope I can do plenty more tomorrow.17(6) 5.5-6. Meals were OK and mostly healthy. I did some housework and some job searching too. I did feel less energetic for some reason, but maybe that'll change tomorrow.18(5) 5-5.5. Meals were OK and the day was average. I went grocery shopping and it took quite a while. I bought sunscreen and thought about getting a couple of other items too.19(6) 5.5-6. Meals were OK and I did some more job searching. Apart from that, not much happened today.20(6) 5.5-6. Meals were alright but I could've done a lot more in general today. My razor and sunscreen arrived. I was thinking of getting a few more items but I'll hold off until next week.21(6) Meals were OK, although not as healthy as they could've been. I finally emailed one of my ex-professors and did some job searching. I also called one of my aunts to see how she was doing.
22(5) 5-5.5. Lunch was OK. I packed up my textbooks for return and walked my dog for the first time in a long while. Tomorrow will be hectic.23(6) 5.5-6. Meals were OK and I walked and fed our dog. It was nice, even though I didn't do any writing or reading. I also did some chores and thought about which shipping carrier to use for my textbooks.24(5) 5-5.5. Meals could've been better and not much happened. I wish I had returned the one textbook from Amazon but I'll have to do that tomorrow anyway.25(5) Meals were OK and I finally returned one of my textbooks. I also did a little writing.26(6) 5.5-6. Meals were OK, I did a little writing and some language learning through Duolingo. I wish I did more reading but there'll be plenty of time for that.27(5) 5-5.5. Meals were good but it was very warm and humid. I did some more language learning and meditating.28(6) Meals were good and I applied to a job. I even did a little writing and I hope I can do a lot more writing and reading this week.
29(6) Despite the weather, the day went alright with me finally returning the rest of my textbooks. A bit of nervousness about remembering the past but I should look on to the future, right?

  1(6) 5.5-6. Meals were OK and I did some more writing. I thought about buying a few things but I'll probably do that tomorrow. I need to be more consistent with my sleep schedule and no-tech hours.2(5) 5-5.5. Today's been OK, average meals and a little writing. It looks like the two things I wanted to focus on are off to a slow start in changing.3(6) The morning started with nausea but I got past that. I didn't get much done but meals were OK and I bought a couple games. Maybe this weekend will lead to inspiration for me to do more writing?4(5) 5-5.5. Another average day with meals being OK. I ended up reading/watching things that made me unhappy. Not being able to stick to a routine or being productive is not helping.5(6) 5.5-6. Meals were so-so but I was a little more productive. I did a little writing and bought a few things. I thought about applying to be a TA. The heat might've given me a headache, on and off.
6(5) 5-5.5. Meals were OK but besides applying to a job, not much happened. It was very humid and I got another bad headache.7(6) 5.5-6. It was another average day and I helped prepare some food. Meals were OK.8(5) 5-5.5. Meals were so-so and I didn't have much of an appetite. Today was pretty quiet. I didn't do much writing or anything else besides watching TV.9(5) 5-5.5.
