 1(8) Breakfast was good and I've been in a great mood all morning. I don't know why but I hope it sticks around for a while. I went for a short walk and even with the wind, it was kind of nice.2(6) My meals were alright and I mailed a fraud statement. I put a micro SD card into my phone and I played some games online. I also finished reading one of my library books.3(6) Breakfast was OK, lunch and dinner too. I downloaded some apps on my phone and finally shaved for the first time in days. I talked to my mom about my future and looked at some scholarships.

4(6) 5-5.5. My meals have all been alright but I've felt very 'out of it' or bored/exhausted. I'm not quite sure why but hopefully, I'll feel better tomorrow.5(6) 5.5-6. I kind of feel the same way I feel yesterday. My meals were good and I did some relaxing. I also applied for a job and found a few more to apply to.6(6) Breakfast was good. I installed a couple of dating apps and thought about maybe getting a new drawstring bag. The one I have right now has some tearing around the cord ends.
7(6) 6-6.5. My meals were great and my phone case arrived so that should help reduce the number of times I drop my phone. I also applied for a job and a couple of easy, small scholarships. Now to relax,8(6) Breakfast was good and I looked at a couple of jobs. I also read the local newspapers and shaved. I want to go for a walk and think about if I want to go anywhere today/tonight.9(6) Breakfast was OK and I went to the library. It was windy outside but I didn't mind. I feel a little restless and I also have a strange craving for junk food while there's none in my house. I want to get some reading done tonight.11(6) 5.5-6. My meals were OK but I still felt bored. I didn't really get anything done but nothing bad happened and I watched some TV with my dad so that was kind of a positive.12(6) My meals were OK and I ran an errand. It was chilly outside but I tried to relax. I want to write some poetry later and maybe try to do some self-reflection.13(6) My meals were good. We had unexpected visitors so that was a slight letdown. But I finally got to do laundry and had a bit of dark chocolate to relax.
14(6) My meals were alright and I did the rest of my laundry. I also wrote a poem and I got a letter that I've been waiting a while for. I want to organize some things and write a reply to that letter.15(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast and lunch were good and I cleaned a food container. I feel a little nervous about something but it'll probably go away.16(7) 6.5-7. Breakfast and lunch were good and I ran an errand. I started writing cover letters for a couple of jobs and thinking about my goals. I also got some money from a family member.17(6) Breakfast was OK and I did some reading. I might read the driver's manual or start writing that reply to my penpal. I don't know what the day is going to be like but I need to stay optimistic.18(6) My meals were alright and I did some reading. I heard back about one job and applied for another. I tried to figure out my finances.19(6) 5.5-6. Breakfast was OK but I had to do more shopping. Going to bed late yesterday didn't help. But I did get a little relaxing in and I'll get some good food soon.20(5) 5-5.5. My meals were OK but the day could've gone by more productively. Family arguments didn't help with that. I just need to shake off the chaos and negativity and try to have a better tomorrow.
21(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast was OK and lunch was good. There was a little more arguing but I tried my best to tune it out and enjoy the day. I helped out with cooking and watched some videos. I think I'll try to spend some time outside the house this week.23(6) Breakfast was good and I thought about jobs and balancing work and classes in the future. I'm a little nervous about the interview but I just have to try to show my best self and hope that it's enough24(6) My meals were both OK and good. I looked over the syllabi for a couple of my courses and watched some videos. I'll do some writing and maybe some self-reflection before I nod off.25(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast was alright and I finished reading all of my library books. I plan to go to the city, run an errand and maybe do some relaxing. I'm unsure on which day I should return to school but I26(6) I got offered a position as an alternate office assistant, which I'm OK with. Things went less good in the home realm but it's my last day here so it shouldn't affect me too much.27(7) 6.5-7. I'm back on campus, which is nice. The screen protector on my phone is cracked and keeps shifting out of place but not much can be done there. I want to try to unwind before classes tomorrow.
28(6) My meals were good and my first course was interesting. Hopefully, the second one will also be good. I might have to stop by home to get a few items but overall, an OK day so far.29(6) Breakfast was OK and I read the newspapers. I'll have to go to the career center to try and wrap up the hiring process after my classes are done. But I think things might go alright.30(7) Breakfast and lunch were good and healthy (and homemade). I did training for my job today and it went pretty good. I also spoke to my counselor and picked up a couple books.31(6) Breakfast was so-so but I set a new challenge for myself with no desserts or candy for February. I feel a little nervous about keeping up with schoolwork but I'll manage with that and the weather.

    1(6) Breakfast was good and I did some schoolwork. I hope that today can be the start of a few good things and I also started looking at new doctors. The weather won't get me down, no matter how cold it is2(6) Breakfast was OK and I got a haircut. I also stopped by home for a little bit. I intended for today to be a relaxation day but I might have to do some academic things. I don't mind as long as I get a3(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast and lunch were OK but I didn't have a lot of energy for some reason. I did a little bit of schoolwork but I ended up going into a bit of reflection.
4(6) 5.5-6. Breakfast was OK and I kinda tried to get some work done. I feel a little numb or down but that could change throughout the day. Besides, my first class might go alright.5(8) 7.5-8. Breakfast was good and I ran into my friend and his roommate. We talked and he encouraged me to build up my confidence since I told him I want to be a lawyer. I also have a few ideas stirring6(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast was alright and I did a little schoolwork. I also did laundry. I hope that I can get some work done today and do a little bit of relaxation too.7(6) Breakfast was alright and I met up with my friend and his roommate again. I did a little schoolwork and I want to knuckle down today but also think about some life-related things.8(6) Breakfast was good and I did a little relaxing. I hope that I can get some story writing for my elective done. I also think that I can work on a personal project today as long as I make time for it.9(6) My meals were OK and I stopped by home for a while. I also did some reading but also got distracted. I'm a little worried about how things will go next week but it might be alright.10(6) 5.5-6. Breakfast was OK but there was a bit of a mix-up with the order. Still, I took it as it came. I have some schoolwork to do and for some reason, I'm really nervous about it.
11(6) 5.5-6. Breakfast was so-so and it didn't really stay down for too long. I got some schoolwork done but it needed to be longer. I'm hoping I can buckle down this week and get things done.12(6) Breakfast was good and I did some reading. I also did a little organizing. I hope that I can try to settle down today and figure things out like a weekly routine (or some kind of schedule).13(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast was good and my counseling session went pretty good. I still have to avoid becoming distracted for long periods of time but maybe I can get all of my work done to the best of my ability this week.19(6) Breakfast was OK and I already got a little schoolwork and some reading done. I'm sticking to my time management routine and also having a little leisure to myself. I also have a group screening so I20(6) 5.5-6. I woke up with a sore/hoarse throat but breakfast was good and I've gotten a little schoolwork done so far. It's supposed to snow and rain today but I have a good feeling that things will be21(6) Breakfast was OK and I got a little schoolwork and some reading done. I feel like today could go good but I kinda want to spend time with a club I used to be a part of today. I don't know why, boredom22(6) 6-6.5. 25(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast was OK and despite the cold, I feel a little nervous but alright. My schoolwork is done, most of my reading too so I'm spending the time before class relaxing and tidying up my desk.26(6) Breakfast was OK and I went back home to vote in a special election. I finished reading a book for a course and I'm a little nervous about my first group meeting tonight.27(6) The group meeting went alright last night. Breakfast was OK and I did a little schoolwork and reading. I have a few things to do today but other than that, today should go alright.28(6) Breakfast was OK and I did some reading. I want to contact a childhood friend but I'm kinda hesitant. I also want to make some changes but I'm trying to think of how to do them without it going wrong.

    1(6) I fell asleep a little earlier than planned last night but breakfast was OK. I did some reading for a couple courses. I think I can get some more schoolwork done today and talk with a friend.2(5) 5-5.5. I spent a lot more time at home than planned and didn't get much done. I feel kinda sluggish today too. But I did a little relaxing. Maybe I'll get to do some free writing tonight.3(6) 5.5-6. My meals were alright but I wasn't feeling great. I did some reading and schoolwork. I hope that I can rally back into focusing on my courses. But maybe I can also balance that with my social

I did a little studying and I hope that the event at the Strand tonight will go great.21(6) My meals were OK and I visited home for a little while, bringing back some clothes and returning with a jacket and food. Work for the rest of the morning and part of the afternoon then maybe some studying.23(6) 5.5-6. Breakfast was so-so but I did a little reading and schoolwork. I could be doing more, I think and hopefully later, I can. But for now, I'm a little satisfied.24(6) Breakfast was homemade and despite a cracked egg, pretty good. I did some laundry and a little schoolwork. I'll contact my aunts later and do some more schoolwork and studying.
25(6) Breakfast was good and I did a little schoolwork. I also started applying for a few more scholarships. I hope that I do well on tomorrow's midterm and that I can get through this last stretch of the26(6) Breakfast was homemade and good. I'm a little nervous about the midterm but I think I'll be fine. I did some last-minute studying and reading, just to keep myself on track.
(6) 6-6.5. Lunch was OK and my second class was interesting, even if I feel like I didn't get as much written down as I could've. There's a dinner for my scholarship program soon and then group after.

Breakfast was OK and I did a little thinking about my next essay. I hope that the day will go well but I'm not very sure right now. 1(6) Breakfast was OK and I did a little schoolwork. I wished my aunt a happy birthday and thought about maybe seeing a movie this week. I hope that the rest of the day will go good.3(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast and my sort-of lunch was OK and I did some schoolwork and reading. My counseling session will hopefully go alright and I can get over this funk I've been in lately.4(6) Breakfast was OK and lunch was good. I did some reading and a little schoolwork. I think I might set up office hours with one of my TA's and also do some free writing, just to prepare me for my next5(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast was OK if a little out of the ordinary and I did some reading. I hope that I can sort a few things today and possibly make weekend plans besides visiting home tomorrow.6(6) 6-6.5. 2(6) Breakfast was OK and I did a little reading and schoolwork. I thought about writing and literary magazines. I don't really know how to feel about today right now but who knows, it might turn out great3(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast was alright and I did some schoolwork and reading. I want to make the most out of today, even if I feel a little burned out. I had some chocolate but I won't count it in no-dessert4(5) 5-5.5. Breakfast and lunch were OK. I visited home and was not nearly as productive as I thought I'd be. I hardly got any work done. (7) 6.5-7. Lunch was OK and I think I did pretty good on the final. So I have some free time left before recitation. I think I'll listen to some music and get free ice cream.
10(6) 6-6.5. My meals were alright, I had dinner with a friend and contacted family. No ice cream yesterday so no-dessert May is still on. I hope my fiction reading goes smoothly.11(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast was good and lunch. I did some studying and a little schoolwork. I didn't expect to have as much free time as I do but maybe I can make something out of it.12(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast was good and lunch was OK. I'm visiting home for Mother's Day and apart from family things, it's actually not too bad. I guess the offer of food and relative lack of schoolwork helps.
13(6) Breakfast was OK and I did some schoolwork. Today is the last day of classes so I'm happy about that. I'm going to try to apply to a few jobs and maybe one or two scholarships today.14(6) My meals were good and I did some studying. I also returned most of my rented books and a couple of library books too. I think things will go alright, I just have to get through the next two days.15(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast was good and I had some yogurt too. I did some studying and I also looked at summer jobs. Tomorrow will be a very long day so I'm gonna do my best to enjoy today.

16(7) Breakfast and lunch were good and I think I did pretty good on my final exam. Move-out got pushed back to tomorrow night so I spent the rest of the day relaxing. Tomorrow will be kinda long with work17(6) My meals were OK and work was hectic but alright. Unfortunately, the family car broke down so I won't be going home until tomorrow afternoon. I hope I can just shift over to having some free time.18(6) My meals were good and I moved home. I mostly unpacked, did some relaxing and a little bit of discussion with my mom and dad. I'm also pretty tired but tomorrow should be good.19(7) My meals were good and I got a shapeup. I also did a little laundry and had a work shift. I think I was a little more assertive in tone but maybe not as much as I should've been.
20(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast and lunch was good and I had a long, tiring morning with donating/selling the car with my dad. Now I have a long work shift but on the plus side, I got some money so that helps.21(6) My meals were OK and I did some relaxing. I hope that work is slightly less busy tonight than it was yesterday. I've also done some scholarship and job searching so hopefully something appears.22(6) 6-6.5. My meals were filling and very good but nothing really noteworthy has happened today. I did some more job searching and thought about daily life and what my plans are for the rest of the summer.24(6) Breakfast and lunch were good and my last work shift was mostly quiet. I think the lack of sleep over the past few weeks, plus fatigue from work, has had an effect on me today. At least I got a few25(6) Breakfast was good, lunch was OK and I applied for a few more jobs. I'm hoping that I can find something to do soon, especially with the sore throat.
27(6) My meals were good and I did some job searching. But I'm still kinda in a 'tired stupor' state and I've been having a runny nose, sneezing and coughing. At least the sore throat's gone.28(6) My meals were OK and my morning was very busy. I also got a check so that helps with finances. Apart from that, the day was uneventful.29(7) 6.5-7. My meals were not very healthy but good and I got a little bit of money from recycling bottles. I feel a little bit like I'm in a tired state and I don't know why.      1(5) 5-5.5. My meals were mostly OK but I really only jumped between annoyance, apathy and exhaustion today. Family matters didn't really help the mood, either. Breakfast was OK and lunch and 'dinner' were good. It wasn't a very productive day but that was OK to me. I did some relaxing.7No Reasons8(6) My meals were OK but I started to feel kind of tired as the day went on. On the positive side, I finally ordered a new headset. I hope that now that I've gotten my paycheck, I can do some fun things9(6) My meals were OK but today was similar to yesterday, not much happening. One positive is that I have a TV back in my room. I hope that I'll finally get to do something fun tomorrow.
10(6) Breakfast was good, lunch was OK and dinner was also good. I did some relaxing and thinking about my writing and finding a summer job. Maybe things will fix themselves.11(6) My meals were good and I relaxed and played games with some friends. I also applied for a job and made plans for later in the week. Although today wasn't as exciting as I initially hoped for, I'm OK12(6) 6-6.5. My meals were good and healthy and I did a little yard work. My headset arrived a few days early so I'm a little happy. Overall, today went alright.13(6) My meals were OK and I followed up on a potential summer job. I also relaxed and played games briefly. I thought about writing and what I'm going to do this weekend.14(7) I went from a 6 to a 5.5 to a 7.5-8 so I think 6.5-7 balances that all out. My meals were good but filling and I relaxed some. I also tried to avoid some family tension.15(8) 7.5-8. Breakfast and lunch were OK but my snack and dinner were great. Some family tension in the morning but the rest of the day was good. I hung out with a friend, got crepes and wandered around the16(6) My meals were OK and I got my dad a Father's Day card. I didn't do much besides relaxing and job searching. Maybe tomorrow will be more eventful, but I at least did some thinking on events.
17(6) 5.5-6. The morning didn't go too great but breakfast and lunch was OK. I was kind of bored and tired but I thought briefly about scholarships.18(6) My meals were good and I looked up a few scholarships. I did a little laundry and thought about getting my sleep schedule back on track. I've been feeling a little trapped and unproductive but maybe19(6) My meals were good and healthy. I looked up a couple of jobs and thought about what I want to do in the future. Mostly, I felt kinda bored and restless. Hopefully, I'll be able to go out this weekend.20(6) My meals were OK and I relaxed a little. I also thought about a potential job and going to the city soon.21(6) 6-6.5. I relaxed some and thought about writing. I applied to a couple of jobs and looked at some scholarships. I also thought about what I can do this weekend in the area.22(6) 5.5-6. Breakfast and lunch were OK and I did a little bit today. I relaxed but I also applied to another job. Maybe something will come through. I also felt kinda tired and not very hungry.23(6) My meals were good but not very healthy. I was a little tired but things went smoothly, although kinda slow. I want to start trying to make something out of this summer, job or no job.
24(6) My meals were alright and I did some job searching, along with looking at side gigs and work-from-home opportunities. I think I'm getting a little restless at home but I'm also hoping that'll change.25(6) It was pretty muggy but things had to be done so I walked the dog. I did some more work-from-home job searching and regular job searching and got a phone call. I think things might go OK.26(7) 6.5-7. My meals were alright and I set up a job interview. I did a little errand running but overall, today was kind of OK.27(6) 6-6.5. I think the interview went good and I might have a decent chance at the summer job. I kinda felt relaxed afterwards and bought a game from Steam since it was cheap. I also got a letter.28(6) My meals were OK and I did a little free writing. I thought about the job and backup plans in case I don't get it. I also thought about finances and movie watching. Maybe I'll be able to do something29(6) The day didn't start off very well but it went OK. I worked on a scholarship application, relaxed and did a little writing. Tomorrow might go better.30(6) 5.5-6. Spent the day shuffling from place to place. Other than that, the day wasn't anything special. The Mets won after a long losing streak so that was one good thing.

1(6) My meals were OK and today wasn't as effective or productive as I thought it would be. On the positive side, I got to relax a little and think about what I'm looking to achieve in life.2(6) 6-6.5. My meals were OK and I did some thinking on getting out of the emotional/productivity rut I've been in lately. I came up with some suggestions and I'm going to see how things go. Mets won again3No Reasons4(6) I did meditation again and it went OK. Writing went good, even though it wasn't as much as yesterday. I also did a little more job searching. I'm kinda hoping that this weekend will go good.5(6) 6-6.5. Lunch and dinner were great and meditation went OK. I looked at some more jobs and thought about finances and my plans for the rest of the summer.6(6) 6-6.5. My meals were OK and some relatives stopped by to visit. It was nice to see them and it gave me a little motivation for my job search.7(6) My meals were good and I did a little relaxation and movie-watching. I also thought about summer jobs and doing things that I'd enjoy. Meditation and writing went well. I need to get my sleep back to
8(6) 5.5-6. Things were OK but I'll need to buy stamps tomorrow. I got a few small things done and relaxed some. I also had to deal with more family tension. Now if I could go to bed on time, it'd be better.10(6) My meals were OK and I applied for an internship. One small positive was that I got ice cream and breakfast was also good. Also, the Mets won again.14(6) My meals were OK and I did some relaxing, watching TV and internet browsing. I also thought/worried about work and family but it might be nothing.
15(6) My meals were OK and I did a lot of writing. I was a little nervous about things but I decided to just take a 'wait and see' approach. I also thought about cooking and the way we experience thoughts.16(6) 6-6.5. I relaxed, applied for a job and set up an interview for tomorrow. I think I'm 20 percent nervous, 80 percent wanting to finally have something to do. I also did some writing.17(6) I went to my interview and it went OK. I did some relaxation, a lot of writing and looked up a few scholarships. I also thought about finances because of a credit card.18(6) 5.5-6. Breakfast was OK and I got to relax but apart from that, the day was pretty average. There was also some family tension throughout the day.19(6) 6-6.5. My meals were good and I helped do some shopping. I also relaxed a little and thought about hanging out with friends and finances. The weather is a little annoying but that's summer.20(5) 5-5.5. The one positive was dinner. Everything else was average and being out in the heatwave definitely didn't help. I hope that tomorrow will be better in at least one way.21(6) It was hot but my meals were OK and I did some writing. I also looked at some work-study jobs and scholarships. I talked to a couple of friends. Overall, a decent day despite the weather.
22(6) 6-6.5. I made pancakes with my mom and did some talking with friends online. I was kind of in a trance in the afternoon but besides that, the day went by OK.23(6) 5.5-6. I got to help make fried chicken but I also had to deal with family tension. Housework wasn't too bad, just tedious.24(6) 6-6.5. My cousins visited, which was nice and meals were pretty good. I got some writing done and thought about finances and exploring the borough, mainly to be out of the house more.25(6) My meals were OK and I relaxed. I managed to avoid doing the shopping but there were other things to do. Also, there was some family tension.26(6) I got to walk and feed my dog since my parents were away so that was nice. My mom had surgery and I'm hoping that she'll have a speedy recovery. I think today wasn't too bad, all things considered.27(6) It was a day of slow movement but I figured I'd have to spend time in the house today. I didn't mind, to be honest.28(6) 6-6.5. I feel OK since the day went by without any problems. But also nothing great happened, either.
29(6) I did some meditation and thinking about my future, mainly what I'll want to study in grad school. I seem to be split between creative writing and publishing. But that's a thought that can continue30(6) 5.5-6. Besides starting to write a short story, today kind of feels like yesterday. A quiet day where not a lot happens. But maybe I could find ways to make the days more interesting, even when I'm31(7) 6.5-7. Although my appetite was a bit off, I did a lot of writing and was in a good mood overall. I applied to a work-study job and hopefully I can apply to a couple more this week.

   1(6) 5.5-6. The day was OK and I got to play a few online games. I think I'll get a lot more done this weekend, at least I hope so.2(6) I helped make food and started working on a job application. I also got some writing done, which was good. I probably should be trying harder to stick to my sleep schedule but things are overall OK.3(5) 5-5.5. Today didn't go anything like I planned and apart from the nice weather, it wasn't really good or bad. I don't know if it's from spending a lot of time home but part of me feels a little bit4(7) I went between a 6 and a 8 so I split the difference. Today had nice weather, I got some things done and the Mets won by a huge margin. We even got bread from a sort-of local bakery/restaurant.
5(6) 6-6.5. The day went by OK and the Mets are doing well. I also did some writing and thought about finances, budgeting and student loans (not fun stuff but has to be thought about).6(7) 6.5-7. I didn't get as much done as I initially hoped or planned but I did find some scholarships and filled out my work schedule for the fall. I also did laundry and thought about fall courses.7No Reasons8(6) 5.5-6. The day was average but I got confirmation on having my old job in the fall. Also, I finally switched to a new doctor and got some info that effects my future and finances.9(6) I did a couple of meditation sessions and they went good. I also dealt with preparation for my work-study job and did some writing. While I'm not sure about this weekend, I hope that I can have some10(5) 5-5.5. The day has been more or less average with the downside of not doing as much writing as I wanted. It'd be lower but the Mets are doing good so I guess that's making me feel a little peppy.11(6) The day was mostly OK except for meditating twice, which went really good both times. I also did some writing, both fictional and reflective. I'm kinda hoping that I'll be able to relax a little when
12(6) The morning was nice. I might've overindulged but at least I felt better. I had to discuss moving back to campus early with my parents. I considered my financial aid and thought about scholarships.13(6) The day was alright with a busy afternoon and an slight boost of energy. I think I might get to bed on time so one positive there.14(5) The day was average, weather not the best (on and off rain in the afternoon). Some tension late at night didn't help, although it's probably my fault. I won't get to bed on time but there's tomorrow.15No Reasons16(5) 5-5.5 A long day of errand running and a lack of energy. I also had to help out with food so another late night it is - so late I unintentionally missed tracking tonight (yesterday?)
(5) 4.5-5. After a long night during which I ended up vomiting (unexpectedly), the morning didn't go much better. My strange appetite is still in full force and I don't feel too energetic.
17(5) 5-5.5. Breakfast was alright but other than that, the day has felt like the past two days: average, not getting much done.18(6) Went slightly better than yesterday. I did a little bit of cooking and reflected on finances, life decisions and my relationship with my family for a little while.
19(6) 5.5-6. The day went by OK and I found out my work shifts for the fall. I woke up on time, which was kind of nice.20(6) I helped do a little cooking and started packing for the move. I got kinda panicked about something maybe being in my suitcase. But maybe it's nothing.21(6) 6-6.5. Last full day at home, first day at my work-study job. It didn't go too badly but I felt kinda frazzled in the second half of my shift. I finished packing my things and got a haircut.22(7) 6.5-7. Moving in went good and work also did for the most part. I hung out with a friend and got lunch. I'm hoping that despite the lack of a microwave, I won't have to worry about food this weekend.23(6) 6-6.5. My meals weren't what I was hoping for but I don't have much room to complain. Work was good, a little quiet at times. I think I might apply for a few scholarships soon.24(6) 5.5-6. Work went OK but I also got a pretty bad headache and vomited. I took some aspirin and am feeling alright now. I even got a couple ideas for new stories in my head.25(8) Lunch was alright. I went to the board game group for the first time in months and had a lot of fun, even though it was much longer than I anticipated.
26(6) One of my suitemates moved in. I think that was the only positive/significant thing that really happened today. I'm still hoping that we'll get a microwave soon, hopefully in the next week or so.27(6) I had to make a few choices on classes and food and tried to make more of an effort to apply for scholarships. Work went pretty good.28(6) I thought about sorting out some things and started writing essays for a couple of scholarships. Today's going to be busy but I think it will turn out well.
(6) 6-6.5. My first work shift went good apart from a minor mishap and lunch/dinner was very good but filling (also not very healthy, to be honest). I found a possible option for the microwave and I found
29(6) 5.5-6. I had to deal with technical problems for most of the day. I also didn't eat very healthy. The only positive things are that I went to the library and got a couple books and talked to a friend.30(6) I got the microwave, which was heavy to carry but now I can heat up food. I went to a school event, played foosball, and painted a bag and a little succulent pot.31(6) I hung out with a friend for a little while and then worked. My other suitemate moved in tonight so that makes three. I hope that next week goes pretty good.

      1(6) I got some money from my suitemates and had a calm work shift. I hope that tomorrow will go good.
2(6) 5.5-6. I did a little shopping for school supplies and also did some laundry. I met my roommate and he seems OK. I'm a little nervous about how my classes will start off but it'll probably be alright.3(6) 6-6.5. First class was good, the professors were inspiring. The rest of the day has been OK, with meeting my RA and relaxing a little. The Mets are winning big time so I'm happy about that.4(6) 6-6.5. The classes were OK, a little engaging and the Mets won. I got the timesheet situation resolved and made an appointment with my counselor, after a slightly awkward phone triage.5(6) I got two free slices of pizza and a school sweatshirt. Class went OK but my notes aren't the most detailed. I also thought about work and finances - a little worried about how I'll handle post-grad6(6) Work went OK even though my boss was away. I went to the gaming club and played a few rounds of Coup and had pizza. I also did a little work and reading and thought about my future and what I want to7(5) I visited home and got some food and cups/mugs/bottles. That visit had its own ups and downs. I ended up vomiting which didn't help much and a temporary dent to my finances hurt too.8(6) I wrote a poem for a class and did a lot of readings for a couple of others. I also thought about wants and needs and worried about my textbooks. The Mets lost but I felt like I was creative so it
9(6) First class was interesting, second one was OK. Even my recitation was fairly good. I had to do some more readings for classes and did some work-related things.10(6) 6-6.5. Class today was good, I spoke with some online friends and played a game. I managed to read a book for another class. I didn't get as much done as I hoped but there's always tomorrow.11(6) Classes were OK and I did a little meditation for the first time in days. Unfortunately, I'm broke and I don't know when I'll get paid back. I went to a BBQ which was good.12(6) Class was good and I got a few things done. I even figured out a way to get the remaining books for a class and calmed down a little. The Mets won by a lot so that made me a little happy despite13(6) The gaming club was OK but not as fun as I thought it would be. My new doctor was nice, gave me some advice and a flu shot. She said I could have more fruit and veggies, exercise more (I wouldn't mind14(6) I got a book that I needed for a class and had some healthy food. I wanted to do some work in a certain block of time but it didn't go as I had hoped for. But tomorrow could be better.15(6) 6-6.5. I mostly avoided treats today (besides a donut) and managed to buckle down some on schoolwork. I applied for a scholarship and thought about writing and finances.
16(5) 4.5-5. The day was mostly OK until I overate, bought candy that I probably didn't need, and vomited. On top of that, I accidentally damaged my laptop so I have to be careful with it.17(6) I can't use my laptop for a while and my class got cancelled. But I got to have dinner with a friend, reconnect with an old one and play Uno with some people in my dorm. I even did some writing.18(6) The laptop can't be repaired and classes were OK. I paid a bill but am still not great in terms of finances. I went to the sci-fi club for an hour and a half and it was OK. I even played a video game19(6) 6-6.5. Maybe the laptop can be repaired (?) and class was alright, I even got a little advice from one of the professors afterward. I was nervous about my appointment with my counselor but it went20(6) I got some food and items from home that I forgot but I didn't get my laptop fixed or get any work done. The Mets won and I did get a roll of dimes, though.21(6) I bought a few things from a school store, including a bag of chips. I also got some schoolwork and reading done. That said, I feel half-tired, half-wired right now and I don't know why.22(6) 6-6.5. After going to bed late last night, I wanted this morning to go a little better. I talked to an online friend that I haven't had contact with in a while and listened to music.

I did some reading for my classes and then got a little off track but I'm hoping things will be looking up this week.25(6) Classes went OK and I went for a long walk. I went to the sci-fi club and it's been an OK experience. I hope that I can gain some of my willpower back this weekend.26(6) Today's been alright, class was good and insightful despite a fire drill. I might've overindulged in unhealthy food but I also kept up my exercise routine (although not how I expected). Tomorrow will27(6) 6-6.5. Going to the gym was OK and I got some reading done. Apart from that, I didn't get as much schoolwork done as I hoped. I did get to have pizza and play a new board game so it balances out.28(6) 6-6.5. Exercise went OK and I got some reading and schoolwork done but again, not as much as I hoped. I also did a little shopping. I'm hoping next week will go well and I can manage to handle things.29(7) 6.5-7. I don't know if I got too much schoolwork done but I changed my mind on a paper topic and started it over. The Mets won their last game so that made me happy. I also made plans with a friend.

 1(6) 6-6.5. Class was good and I got a little work done on my papers. I played a game with some online friends and even won a round so that was fun. I tried looking for a textbook and the bookstore didn't2(6) Office hours went good and classes were alright. I ate mostly healthy and tried to figure out a problem I was having with my earphones.3(6) Class was good. I finished one paper and am now working on another paper. As much as I'm glad I'm not getting distracted, I do wonder if using 'site blocking' apps was a mistake this early in the4(7) 6.5-7. Exercise was OK and I did some schoolwork and reading. I played board games at a club meeting and had fun, winning one game and two rounds of another.5(6) I went for a walk and did some work on the paper and some reading. I also bought hand soap, paper towels and a box of tissues for pretty much free so that was nice. I'm hoping to play a video game6(6) I finished the paper and did some other schoolwork. My meals were fairly healthy and I thought about what I want to do for fun this week. I also had to deal with family stuff.
7(5) 5-5.5. Meals were OK but I overate and ended up vomiting. Classes went OK and I got one of my papers looked over. I played some video games and read a book.8(6) 6-6.5. I had breakfast which was sorta healthy and spoke to the person working at the dorm resource center. It was a nice interaction and I started revising the paper, although I don't know how much9(6) 6-6.5. I went to the sci-fi club then the poetry club and both went alright. My meals were OK and I revised my paper before handing it in.10(6) Class was OK, my appointment with my counselor went good. I had some empanandas for the first time and they tasted delicious. I also had to do my part of our suite's living agreement. I would probably11(6) 6-6.5. Work went good, I got my paycheck, decided on a few things that I'm going to do this weekend and had pizza and played a board game which was fun. The CBT exercise for one of my classes has been12(5) 5-5.5. I went home and got food plus a towel which was OK. Finances also got kinda tight and the heat on the train back apparently made me nauseous so that didn't end well. At least the rest of my13(6) My meals were good and healthy. I did some reading and had a quiet work shift. I think I'll be going to bed late again but the movies tomorrow should go alright.
14(6) I went and saw Joker which was a good movie. But then I spent money on popcorn when I didn't need to and didn't finish it so there was that. Also, I feel like I didn't do as much schoolwork as I15(6) 6-6.5. Classes were cancelled so I did some reading and schoolwork. My group session went OK and so did my work shift. I was going to stop listening to music for three weeks but changed my mind.16(6) Class was OK and my meals were healthy. I did some reading and relaxed. I started to feel tired and groggy near the end of the day but it's probably just a passing feeling.17(6) 6-6.5. Class was alright and I did some reading for my classes. I joined an Uno tournament held by my RA and got to the final round which was fun. I also got a free Frosty coupon even though I can't18(6) 6-6.5. Work went alright and I did some reading for a class. I paid a bill and played some games online with friends. Then I played a board game for a couple of hours and had pizza. This would be my19(6) Exercising went OK. I didn't do as much progress with schoolwork as I thought I would but I have time to make a lot of it. I did laundry and relaxed for a while. I might've also bought a few things.20(6) 6-6.5. My meals were OK and I met with my group mates for our presentation next week. I did some work on an outline for a paper and thought about my future. To be honest, all of the talk about the GRE
21(6) I did some reading and a little schoolwork. Classes went alright and I made an appointment with an eye doctor. I may not have gotten a lot done today but there's always tomorrow.22(6) 6-6.5. I started writing a paper and group was OK. Class was good and I bought a pair of wired earphones. I also thought about habits and things that I want to change.23(7) 6.5-7. Perhaps a little early to say but a good start to the morning with resuming meditation, doing some reading for my classes and going to a professor's office hour. It actually left me feeling

24(6) Meeting with my professor went good and class was alright. I did a little reading for class and I thought about an argument for my paper.25(6) Work went good and I found a few sources that could help with my paper although I didn't get much else done with that. I had a lot of fun playing board games for over three hours but I overdid eating26(6) 6-6.5. Breakfast and lunch went good, although I might've made a small impulse purchase or two. Studying/schoolwork also went alright, doing some of the readings and my part of a group presentation.27(6) 6-6.5. The study/break routine mostly worked until I got a headache that derailed things a little. Work went OK and I think if I can get through this week, I could get through the rest of the semester
28(6) 6-6.5. My classes went OK and I did a little work on the group presentations. My recitation went alright and I got an A on a paper. Tomorrow will be very busy but I think I'll be up for the challenge.29(7) 6.5-7. Meals were OK and class was enlightening about sitting and its negative effects. I also thought about how much I carry in my backpack. I think that tomorrow's presentations will go great for me30(6) 6-6.5. The presentations went OK despite some overheating during the second one. I redid my intro paragraph for my paper and got feedback on that from my professor. I also tried eating better.31(6) Class went alright and I donated blood. Other than that, the day was OK.

    1(7) 6.5-7. Work went alright and I went home to do some tasks. I got a haircut, did early voting and got some food from my family. I also watched a TV show and talked about sports with my dad. It was nice2(6) 5.5-6. I got a little schoolwork done, despite being distracted for a couple of hours. I made plans with a friend to get food on Monday and played a game for a little bit.3(6) I got some schoolwork and reading done and work went alright. I called my aunt and we had a nice conversation. I even managed to do a lot of laundry.
4(6) I did some schoolwork in the morning and classes went OK. I had lunch with my friend and encountered a classmate. Recitation went alright and I made a couple of small impulse purchases.5(6) 6-6.5. Class was insightful and group went OK. I got distracted from doing a lot of work done but I did a little work on the paper and ordered a book. Maybe tomorrow will go great.6(6) I pretty much had no classes today. I tried a new studying style and it backfired but live and learn, right? I did get kind of distracted on top of that but I did get more sources for my paper.7(6) Meditation went OK and I decided to have pancakes for breakfast. It wasn't healthy but they were delicious. Maybe I could make my own pancakes during Thanksgiving or winter break. I also did a little

(8) 7.5-8. Second work shift went alright and I got pizza and watched a round of a board game being played before joining in myself. Not a perfect 10 but honestly, I'm fine with that.
9(6) 5.5-6. The gym went OK and I visited home but I got almost no schoolwork done. I did get food and some of my winter stuff, though so that was a plus. But then there was me eating a unhealthy dinner at10(6) The day went by OK. I managed to do some schoolwork, especially in the afternoon. My work shift went alright and I hope that this week will be really productive.
11(6) 6-6.5. My first class went OK and my second one was cancelled. My meals weren't too healthy but I have the rest of the month to work at turning that around. Recitation was insightful and I asked one12(6) Wrapped up the presentation and thought about the topic for another paper. My work shift went OK but the weather got very cold quickly. I think this week could go great, I just need to focus more.13(6) 6-6.5. Presentation went alright, though I feel like I could've spoken more in discussion. I tried to think about what articles to use for the other paper and bought a duffel bag from Amazon.14(5) 5-5.5. Class went OK for a while but ended early when a girl had a seizure. I hope she is OK. My potential movie date also faced complications. It turned out the movie we wanted to see won't be in15(7) 6.5-7. Meals were OK and while I didn't get much schoolwork done, I might've managed to set up a new plan for my potential date. I went to the gaming club and played a couple of board games. It was16(6) 5.5-6. Work went alright despite an early blunder and I did a little schoolwork and reading. My date got postponed and I think it's going to end up being dinner instead of a movie.17(6) I only got to do some of my laundry and I got distracted some from doing schoolwork. After a walk, I managed to get some reading for class and a little schoolwork done. Hopefully, tomorrow won't be an
18(6) Classes went OK and I did a little schoolwork and some reading. I got some good news about my new laptop arriving this week.19(6) I did a little schoolwork and a lot of reading. I got some ideas on how to progress with the paper and I should probably do a lot of work on that over the next two days because it's due next week.20(6) Early lunch was good and classes went alright, even if I didn't talk much. I think the early lunch might've backfired a little, though, because I got much hungry as the day went on and ended up having21(6) I got some free thrift clothes and bought a nice necklace from a street vendor. I worked on the paper but I got kind of distracted. I wanted to do more laundry but forgot. Oh well, there's tomorrow.22(7) 6.5-7. Work went alright and I got some more work done on the paper. I played some board games, had pizza and had some fun.23(6) I did some more work on the paper despite a kinda late start to my morning. I got space antsy again and went for a walk. I also overdid meals/snacks again. Tomorrow should go good, I think.24(6) I finished the paper and did some reading for a class. I ate breakfast late but lunch was good and healthy. I also figured out how I'll get home on Tuesday. Maybe things will go alright this week.
25(6) 5.5-6. Classes went OK and I did some thinking on my final papers. I also gave a little advice to a classmate. My meals weren't that healthy and I kinda got distracted.26(7) 6.5-7. My meals have been alright, I got kinda distracted in the morning but I came up with a claim for a paper. I packed my things, group went alright and the nice weather might've had a positive27(6) I went to bed late and woke up a half hour late but breakfast was good. I had to help take out and carry out an air conditioner and helped a little with folding sheets. That and setting up the new28(6) 6-6.5. I had some good food but I didn't get as much work done as I hoped to. I also have a sore throat that is making eating/swallowing uncomfortable.29(6) Work went by smoothly and I got some work done with the first paper and hope to make some headway on the second one tomorrow. The sore throat is still present but I did a saltwater gargle.30(6) Work went OK but I didn't get to go to the gym like I planned. I did a little more work on the first paper and started a layout for the second. My sore throat hasn't gone away but now I have medicine.
