30(4) my teacher made the exam insanely difficult + i have a very hard time concentrating on the material bc of sleep deprivation. One day left to prepare and sooo much material left,but i'll manage i think31(6) Surprisingly in a good mood today, just very axious about the exam. Spent the whole day preparing and i think i know everything but it's still scary.

I mean it's 4/5 so i still have schorlaship but it's too small bc i'm not a straight a student anymore2(5) Very apathetic, but that's my norm. I have energy to do things now which is cool, but i still don't do anything. Everything seems so pointless and tedious, still i worked out and will study

3(5) 4(6) Slowly getting out of the rut. Planned to meet up with a friend, visited my family, exercised and studied. Also i'll try to battle my social anxiety and make new friends cause i practically have none

7(7) Froze to death a couple of times and slipped on ice like at least 3 times and my legs hurt af however,, it was quite fun spending time with my friend and family

On a bright side, i got accepted to a course that might get me a job, or at least some experience28(4) Moving to my dorm again. It makes me sad. I'll miss my family and my flat here. And in return i get a pathetic dorm with lots of cockroaches that makes me feel even more anxious then i usually am

14(4) Thought i didn't have a problem with irrational thoughts anymore but it turns out i still do. Today some of them were proven wrong and now it's seems so ridiculous that i thought they were true.
15(2) Very sad today. Feel like i've accidentely been kinda an asshole to some of my classmates today. I didnt mean to, just have no energy to socialize, which probably came out as me being rude/hating them16(5) An ok day for once!!
