(6) Found motivation around lunchtime and went on a run and now I'm feeling alright.
25(3) Sad, I miss my ex but he doesn't want me back. He just wants to be friends but we text every day and hang out nearly every other weekend. I'm trying to create some space between us but it makes me sad

I'm happy I'm doing things to move on from my ex. Yesterday marked a year since we broke up and five months we became friends and it messed me up4(6) Slept well and been eating well. I feel energized enough to workout and clean my room
(6) It was a good day. I cooked good meals, FaceTimed my parents and baked for my flatmates and then we watched a movie.
5(5) Good day at work and it's Friday but feeling a bit lonely
(7) Having another movie night with my flatmates and baked some more. Feeling super grateful for my living situation and getting two great flatmates :)

(2) Dumped all my trauma out of nowhere on a random girl yesterday while drunk and now I'm feeling embarrassed and guilty for putting that on somebody in the middle of a party
8(3) Still have a lot of anxiety over getting drunk a couple nights ago. I feel like I've done something bad but idk what cause I was blacked out. My flatmates say it was fine and there was no drama so idk9(5) Feeling much better today, I got a few things done and FaceTimed my parents which is always a good sign that I'm feeling like myself. My room is still a dump and I haven't worked out but maybe tmro
(6) Neighbor came over for dinner and wine and made plans with friends. Very excited for this weekend!

31(3) My company wants me to work with a new client for two hours at 10£/hour but to travel there and back it would take me a total of 90 minutes and cost me 8£. I'm not sure that's worth it
