Enjoying a Saturday morning in pj's.20(6) I'm excited about spending Father's Day with my Dad and family.. I hate having Anxiety and OCD because I get anxious because of the get-to-gather takes me out of my routine.?????
21(6) Been up since 4:00 AM.. realizing why people say you can get a lot done if you start early (getting a jump start on cleaning the house for the week)..
(4) I become frustrated when my husband begins to accuse me of cheating (when he has no reason to even think this—No, I have not cheated).. he gets angry when I don't do as he wants immediately.. this leaves me anxious, depressed, and feeling that I'm worthless. I don't understand why he does this, I've tried talking with him but it never helps.
22(5) This morning I am determined to not let people (husband) make me feel depressed and anxious. I have 2 rooms of my home cleaned for the week and working on a 3rd. I'm praying that this position I interviewed for last Wednesday hires me (I should know Friday!)
(5) I believe I would be a '6' if my head was not hurting.. It makes me smile to know I've gotten several rooms of the house cleaned for the week.. An interview tomorrow at 2 (fingers crossed).. Windows down enjoying a cool summer day (60's here).

24(4) I wasn't able to go to counseling today (die to finances and being on FMLA since April because of blood pressure and Depression following the death of my mother).. Today has been rough so far because I feel so useless and worthless.. The thoughts of needing to make sure I have all for my child (my husband and I have a strange marriage. I hate the roller coaster of Depression.
(7) Trying to kick this Depressions b-hind.. Decided that a meal for the soul was on the making for my family.. Turkey dressing is smelling delicious.. ?
25(4) Today and yesterday I allowed myself to sleep until 8 AM (instead of staying up after my husband leaves for work) but I've noticed on these days I'm more prone to depression.. Anyone else experience this?
(3) Tooth pain and a headache.. Ouch!!
26(2) Woke up depressed—just want to keep the blinds closed, isolate myself, and cry… crying just makes the migraine and toothache worse.. My 14 year old with Autism doesn't understand that my husband and I have a strange relationship (he doesn't contribute financially) and it's making it hard for me while on FMLA.. 28(7) I woke up this morning with new determination and feeling a lot better.. Panda's make sure I stay accountable for the new determination and motions in place.. Determined Jesus is by my side and I'm gonna see the sun at the end of this tunnel:)
(8) Had pictures with my child and one of his aides (he loves her to death).. he has Autism… we got soaked and then laughed as went in to eat afterwards.. memories in the making..
29(6) Trying to stay determined—it's hard to change old habits.. The feeling of look (about my marriage seems to be a point) BUT I'm determined to make myself better (not sure why some people don't want you to change).. Finally putting my CHILD first.. I want him to know that I listen and hear him!
(7) Part-time job got.. Now fingers crossed for the full time one to come through.. and life can be back to normal.. Social Working differently..
(6) House nearly cleaned for the week.. Plans anticipated for the weekend.. Relaxing and (for some reason enjoying the thought of thunderstorms).. normally they scare me.. afraid of lightening normally..
30(5) Feeling like a typical morning.. house cleaned and therapy scheduled for tomorrow.. I'm hoping my new normal is finally settling in (just to be disrupted when I return to work in a few weeks).
(6) I can finally say (after being off work since 4/29/21 due to mental breakdown) that I am finally ready to face the work force BUT in a different part of Social Work than investigations into child abuse.

   1(6) I graduated with my Masters yesterday—so thrilled (has been a major task that has caused much stress).. I have therapy this morning and super excited—am I the only one that feels that way about therapy?
(8) Just got offered a new job AND I accepted.. Jesus definitely knows what we need and comes through right on time!
2(7) I'm excited about my new job offer!! Just submitted my resignation from current job.. Why is it change is hard for us?

It seems we crammed a lot into 3 days—I'm glad I don't return to work until the end of the month.
(5) Supper complete, house getting there (slowly).. despite my husband doing his usual accusations of me cheating (I'm not nor have I) and all his other stuff It's a good day.. determined not to let him bring me down anymore..
7(5) Apparently headaches this week are common amongst Panda's ? and trying to change my diet is not helping—I NEED caffeine.. ?
(5) Relaxing… Hubs and son both fed… I never realized caffeine withdrawals make you tired and sleepy—the nap earlier did remove the headache..?
