Mentally good in terms of 'can I cope with life at the moment?' If you said 'are you happy with what you feel able to do?' I'd say no. Tired of slow progress but it's better than none. Taken tablets.

Try to cut everything down into small bits. What do you have to do now, what in an hour, tomorrow next week. Try not to see everything as one, as then it becomes so huge, you might lose track. Just a small tip which works for me.. πŸ’œ

My running shoes are for overpronation. I think I've been told I flattish feet before, but now I'm not sure and worried about possible injury. I find the overpronation shoes better than my normal ones so maybe, I don't know. I'll test myself soon...
