I hope you feel better. There a supplement by NOW called nac that helps with bipolar thoughts. It has helped tremendously. And if you can get your glutathione levels tested. Low glutathione causes all your symptoms. I know it's hard.. I've been there

Got some amazing advice today. Set a dedicated time to worry. For me it's 1pm. If a worrisome thought comes, I tell myself don't think about it, theres a time to worry and now isn't it. It helps
