Work doing great but I feel a bit lonely. Going back to my country in a few weeks so hopefully I'll start going out again and meet my friends :) I want to be positive for the future, there is still a lot that I want to do but I'm sure it will all be fine. Having some issues with my gf I hope that ll be fine too, it ll be hopefully more clear once I'll be back. I want to my finish my day smiling

Didn't feel as low today, talked to hubby and even braved shopping.. I hate how physical depression and anxiety can be! Legs like led, chest pain, butterflies, cry at any minute. Got through it though
